Yes you will. Jetwerk is all about connecting with people in your Jetwerk no matter who is traveling where.

Yes if you choose to make your profile PUBLIC they can find you and see your trips.

If you choose to be MY JETWERK they can see that your part of the Jetwerk network, but they have to send an invitation in order to see your trips and get notices of your trips. At that point you control who is in your jetwerk.

If you choose to be INVISIBLE the only ones who can see you are the ones you invite personally. Your own personal rolodex.

This is the place to put your name, email, what city you live in and add a photo. You will also determine who can view your schedule and find you by selecting MY JETWERK, PUBLIC or INVISIBLE.

If you choose to be MY JETWERK only those that are part of your Jetwerk Network will be able to see your trips and be notified. YOU control who sees and gets the notification of your trips.

If you choose to make your profile PUBLIC anyone can find you and see your trips. this is great for bands who want to let their fans know of their tour dates and if a fan is traveling to a city they happed to be playing in.

You can change your selection at any time.

Here you can search for people in your Jetwerk to view their trips. You can also do a public search for Organizations and people, but only if they left their profile open to public.

The Contact section allows you to view your Jetwerk. What you can do here is organize The MY CONTACT section allows you to view all of your Jetwerk friends. What you do here is organize your contacts into 4 groups. The categories are Friends, Family, Business and Other. You can put your Jetwerk buddies in 1 or all of the categories and they can be changed at anytime.

When you click on the Invite button, you will see a page allowing you to enter a number of names and email addresses for your friends and colleagues that you would like to invite. Once you have sent your invitations, take a break. You will need to wait for your buddies to respond and be part of your Jetwerk. If you’re in a hurry, pick up the phone and call them, tell them to check their email.

There are also two other sections under the Invite button:

ACCEPTED:

This shows a list of contacts within the last 60 days that have accepted your invitation to join Jetwerk.

PENDING:

This page shows you people that you have invited but have not yet accepted your invitation. You can click on the Remind button if you need to give them a little extra encouragement. You can also remove them from your list as well.

Go to MY TRIPS located on the left side of the page. Below the map you will see your trips. Click on the trip you want to change or delete under EDIT. This will take you to a page where you can make the appropriate changes to the trip. If you want to delete it check the REMOVE box then click UPDATE.

Yes of course! Traveling doesn’t always mean you have to get on a plane and fly some where. Post the date, your city and name of the event and see who in your Jetwerk is going to the show!

Once you have logged in, click on the ADD TRIP button in the upper left half of the page. Fill in city, state, country, arrival and departure dates.

We also have added a Trip Name at the top that can be used if your traveling to a city for a particular event. This also works great when your traveling while your home in your city going to events such as concerts.

Right below the info you filled out for your trip you will see NOTIFY and VIEW with check boxes to the right.

The NOTIFY button allows you to choose the group FRIEND , FAMILY, BUSINESS or OTHER that will be contacted should your paths cross. Whether your traveling to their city or you happen to be both traveling to the same city. You can choose one or all of the groups, it’s up to you.

The VIEW Button gives you the choice of who gets to see you trip online.
When finished, click on submit and your trip is entered. If you have another trip to add just click on the Add Trip just below your list of trips.

Once the trip has been added an initial email will be sent letting those in NOTIFY group that you are going on a trip. This works great if you are planning a trip and you happen to find out a good friend is going to the same place, why not book your trip for the same time!

Now if your trip happens to coincide with someone in your Jetwerk, you both will receive an email 30 days prior to you leaving letting you know your paths are crossing. Or if a someone is coming to your city you will be notified that person is heading your way. You will also get follow up emails 14, 7 and 2 days before you leave.
