How do I Add a Trip?

Once you have logged in, click on the ADD TRIP button in the upper left half of the page. Fill in city, state, country, arrival and departure dates.

We also have added a Trip Name at the top that can be used if your traveling to a city for a particular event. This also works great when your traveling while your home in your city going to events such as concerts.

Right below the info you filled out for your trip you will see NOTIFY and VIEW with check boxes to the right.

The NOTIFY button allows you to choose the group FRIEND , FAMILY, BUSINESS or OTHER that will be contacted should your paths cross. Whether your traveling to their city or you happen to be both traveling to the same city. You can choose one or all of the groups, it’s up to you.

The VIEW Button gives you the choice of who gets to see you trip online.
When finished, click on submit and your trip is entered. If you have another trip to add just click on the Add Trip just below your list of trips.

Once the trip has been added an initial email will be sent letting those in NOTIFY group that you are going on a trip. This works great if you are planning a trip and you happen to find out a good friend is going to the same place, why not book your trip for the same time!

Now if your trip happens to coincide with someone in your Jetwerk, you both will receive an email 30 days prior to you leaving letting you know your paths are crossing. Or if a someone is coming to your city you will be notified that person is heading your way. You will also get follow up emails 14, 7 and 2 days before you leave.
